I’m a PE-backed portfolio-company CEO/COO/President with 20+ years leading industrial and technology-enabled businesses through turnarounds, growth acceleration, and exit preparation. Sponsors and Boards bring me in for rapid stabilization and measurable improvement in EBITDA and cash, often in founder-led companies taking on first institutional capital.

My track record includes two completed PE exits, three recapitalizations, and multiple sale processes advanced to LOI or definitive agreement. I’ve led and integrated multi-site operations across the U.S. and Europe, improving performance through Lean manufacturing, restructuring, working-capital improvement, and leadership team rebuilds—installing KPI discipline and aligning teams around measurable priorities. I hold two patents in two different industries and apply AI as a practical management tool to shorten cycle time and improve decision support without adding unnecessary complexity.
