I’m a PE-backed portfolio-company CEO/COO/President with 20+ years leading industrial and technology-enabled businesses through turnarounds, growth acceleration, and exit preparation. Sponsors and Boards bring me in for rapid stabilization and measurable improvement in EBITDA and cash—often in founder-led companies taking on first institutional capital.

I’ve led and integrated multi-site operations across the U.S. and Europe, improving performance through Lean manufacturing, restructuring, working-capital improvement, and leadership team rebuilds—installing KPI discipline and aligning teams around measurable priorities. I hold two patents in two different industries and apply AI as a practical management tool to shorten cycle time and improve decision support without adding unnecessary complexity.
