I'm a strategy-led transformation CEO with 20+ years leading PE-backed industrial, electronics, and engineered products businesses up to $100M across the U.S. and Europe. Sponsors and Boards engage me to create and execute the business strategy and drive day-one value creation through operational initiatives, repositioning portfolio companies for durable growth through technology extensions and adjacent-market entries that leapfrog competitors.

My leadership combines strategy development and execution, culture change, operational expertise, and a strong financial background, applied across multi-site integrations and distressed turnarounds. The result is a track record of one completed PE exit, two sponsor recapitalizations, and multiple sale processes advanced to LOI or definitive agreement, with repeat hires from the same sponsors across successive platforms. Through TechVetta Solutions, my executive advisory platform, I currently serve as Buy-Side M&A Advisor to an engineered products business and advise two PE firms on buy-side acquisitions. I hold two U.S. patents in distinct industries, evidence that disciplined strategy and applied innovation produce defensible IP alongside durable financial outcomes.
